They were meticulously built.
The networks that these men created did not just operate on their own; people were placed in positions to ensure they ran as desired.

The infrastructure of these operations was and is so extensive, and I believe that is a huge reason why the general public is so overwhelmed by this case — the sheer amount of people involved.
What is truly disturbing is the fact that we have only heard a very small percentage of the names of the figures who were and are complicit in the decades of systemic trafficking of girls and young women via modeling agencies.
Many of the figures who should be in prison today go beyond the politicians, professors, celebrities, and billionaires that we know & love to hate.
There are hundreds of co-conspirators who have flown so far under the radar that they are virtually unknown to the public. These figures walk through their lives in luxury, without a care in the world, as they know the public will not look towards them seeking accountability.
These people have lived in comfort from the profits they made (or are currently making) at the detriment of thousands of women and young girls (and sometimes even young boys and young men… more on that another time.)
I believe these people are just as guilty as the men who forced their depraved sexual desires upon the victims of these operations, and do not deserve to live their lives in comfort.
With that being said, I have been digging deeply to uncover who these figures are. Through searching the business records of the key players in this network, including Paolo Zampolli specifically, I was able to begin to piece together some of the figures who have been attached to key players for decades.
While digging into Paolo Zampolli’s business records, I came across a name.
I kept digging and I came across the same name again.
I looked through Paolo Zampolli’s public information report and I saw that same name yet again.
I looked at photos of Paolo Zampolli on Getty Images, and I saw the same name.
That name seemed to pop up wherever Paolo’s was.
Consistently.
For decades.
The name I came across was Fabricio Pereira.
Here is is in a photo of him at United Nations Assembly. (Keeping in mind that Paolo Zampolli and the mother of his child, Amanda Ungaro both work or have worked for the United Nations for over a decade.)
Here is a photo of Fabricio wearing a “We Are The Oceans” shirt, which is a campaign we have talked about.
“WATO is an organization that Paolo Zampolli represents within his work for the United Nations. WATO is the same organization that partnered with Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein’s “oceanic non-profit organization”, TerraMar, beginning in 2013.”
Fabricio was easy to identify as a long time associate of Paolo, as he has been his property manager for years.
He is currently the property manager for different properties that are owned by Paolo Zampolli throughout New York, Brazil, and Florida — a couple of apartments and a co-working/studio space make up the majority of his property management portfolio.
In said portfolio, a couple of addresses caught my eye. The first being the Union Square apartment. If you recall, when Paolo Zampolli brought Melanie Knauss (now Melania Trump) to the United States for Donald Trump, he put her up in “an apartment in Union Square”.
Could this be the same apartment Melania once lived in…? (More on that another time)
Another, more prominent address that caught my eye in Fabricio’s property management portfolio is The Gramercy Place. We have talked about the Gramercy place before — it is infamously known as Paolo Zampolli’s diplomatic residence in New York City.
This is the property where Paolo’s victim from October 2023, (please consume the linked article to get more background on Jane Doe of October 2023) who we have talked about extensively, was given a substance (without her knowledge) and raped by Paolo after a United Nations event…
The first alert I received from a friend of the October 2023 victim in July of 2025 informing me of the gravity of the Paolo Zampolli investigation that I had just begun at the time.
As I have mentioned in past reporting — after gaining consciousness after her assault, this victim immediately reported being raped to NYPD and went to the hospital for a rape kit and drug test. At the hospital, she was able to confirm she was fed the date rape drug and taken advantage of.
She did everything society requires of victims to be believed. NYPD did initially open an investigation into Paolo based on the October 2023 victims police report. They worked with her and even obtained a recorded confession from Paolo Zampolli via The October 2023 victim’s audio messages with him. After getting their confession and elevating her case to a team of detectives within NYPD, her case was dropped completely.
The only explanation she was given as to why her case was dropped was because of Paolo’s diplomatic immunity. (Which was a fact NYPD was aware of from the victims original police report.)
While United Nations diplomats certainly have a broad level of immunity from civil and criminal charges, but that doesn’t mean diplomats can get away with anything.
Under these circumstances of having a victim with a positive rape kit, positive drug test for the date rape drug, and a recorded confession… that investigation never should have been killed, it should have been referred to a higher authority.
Anyways… back to Fabricio.
Like I said, Fabricio is the property manager for many of Paolo’s properties including the Gramercy Place. Knowing that this was the location where the October 2023 victim was assaulted, I showed his picture to her and she immediately recognized him.She recalled that after she had gained consciousness in Paolo’s home the morning after she was assaulted, she woke up completely nude and the front door was locked from the inside.
This caused her to visibly panic. She began being spoken to by a male through Paolo’s security system and saw security cameras following her movements. A man eventually came in a gave her a t-shirt and allowed her leave.
According to the October 2023 victim, that man was unmistakably Fabricio.
Speaking of security cameras — Paolo has a long history of having a proclivity for keeping “an eye on” women and girls. We’ve talked about how in the early 2000’s Paolo set up live-streaming cameras in the model homes he owned where his ID models were housed to give people a look into the private lives of young models:
In the Gramercy Place (which can be rented out by members of the public), Paolo has cameras filming 24/7 per the sign on the front door… and at least in October of 2023, Fabricio was allegedly the person monitoring these cameras.
This is the window that pops up when you click the link to rent out a room at Paolo’s Diplomatic residence. They are not using official websites like AirBnB, as AirBnB has rules, guidelines, and a complaint system.
It’s very important to understand that the properties that Paolo Zampolli owns and Fabricio operates are locations that are available to rent in present day. Anyone who chooses to rent one of these places or stay in one of these places — are being watched and recorded.
In general, I have a lot of questions about the legality of a United Nations diplomat renting out properties to the public when we know they are not held to the same legal standards that other landlords operating in the United States. It seems like a very dangerous situation for a tenant to be in, and I am curious if any legal minds can weigh in on the legality of this as a whole.
There is a lot more that I have to share with you all about Fabricio…
… Like the 15 year old model that he dated as a grown man.
… And his lengthy (and active) criminal record.
